Eddie cannot be a comedian. Not only has he said literally nothing funny in over 150 hours of this show, but he talked about a man turning blue and mentioned this man turning blue about 43 times. On the second mention, I thought, well here comes the joke about The Blue Man Group -- I would have said something like "Well, he can make up some of the money he needs by going to Vegas and joining a group of other blue men." After the 42nd mention, Jim finally had to step in with that joke, as clearly Eddie was too stupid to think of it. On a happier note, Farside's Mom is doing well for herself in the film business!

I remember when I started listening to this pod back when it started I had to look up Eddie on youtube to make sure he was actually a comedian. I have hated him from the start. His youtube collection certainly doesn’t help. Only thing that ever happen because of him was Jim constantly saying he has aids.

The scripted comedy, co-created by Peter O’Fallon and Jefferies, is about a comedian, “Jim” (Jefferies) and his misguided attempts to become legitimate in life. The series, produced FX Prods, will debut in January 2013. “This is going to be a breakout vehicle for Jim,” said Nick Grad, FX’s EP of Original Programming. “He has such a unique voice which is the common trait of any great comedian. It just happens to be spoken with an Australian accent.” Said Jefferies, “FX has set the bar so high with shows like Louie and Sunny, but I believe Peter and I have created something special. The cast is amazing and FX has given us all the freedom we need.” This is the second FX comedy series co-created and starring an Australian, joining Wilfred, co-created/toplined by Jason Gann. FX’s comedy roster also includes It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The League, Archer, Louie and late-night entries Brand X with Russell Brand and Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell.
